[Return Refund] Why is my return/refund request status shown as "Request under Review"?

Request under Review: What it Means?
When your return/refund request status shows Request Under Review, it means Shopee is currently investigating your case. Once the review is completed, the status will be updated accordingly. You’ll receive a notification via the Shopee app and email. 

Note: You will only receive the email notification if your email address is updated in your Shopee account..
